Refund policy
All items are inspected before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• Item must be unused and in original packaging;
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required;
• Returns for non-quality reasons (e.g. wrong order by buyer) will be at buyer’s cost.
Certain items (such as electronics, custom-made, or clearance items) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
